Photocatalytic Reactor

Application examples:

   Top view photocatalytic reactor is suitable for photocatalytic high pressure reactor, carbon dioxide reduction of methanol, carbon dioxide reduction to make methane, reduction degradation of nitrogen oxides, high pressure photocatalytic degradation of formaldehyde and other neighbourhoods.

Function introduction and technical parameters:

1.Kettle part:

Effective volume: 25ml,50ml,100ml,200ml,500ml,1000ml,2000ml are available.

Material: SS316L/pure titanium/hastelloy (optional).

Design pressure: 10Mpa; working pressure display: -0.1Mpa to 8Mpa (pressure accurate and controllable);

Design temperature: ≤250℃; working temperature: ≤200℃;

Optical window diameter is φ40mm, and adopted polishing JGS2 quartz glass(pressure- proof window) or sapphiremirror .

The kettle cover port is equipped with multifunctional functions of air inlet, air outlet, feeding, temperature measurement, speed measurement and needle sampling;

With online sampling function;

TKA adjustable intelligent safety relief valve (safety relief accuracy ±0.1Mpa, kettle pressure over 8Mpa when the intelligent open exhaust);

With built-in gas uniform dispersion filter device, with real-time online sampler device, with liquid sampling filter device.

2. Stirring part:

Adopt magnetic suspension vortex magnetic stirring, speed 0-1700 rpm (LED digital display adjustable, precision ± 1 / min), require the drive electrode and coupler for the integrated design for easy operation.

Sealing method: magnetic seal plus metal hard seal (magnetic static seal effectively ensure zero gas leakage).

Heating mode: 800w electric heating

Stirring form: vortex * magnetic stirring, drive power 60w.

3. Temperature control part:

Temperature control: PID control temperature control (digital display), temperature control accuracy ± 1, with timing function.

Speed control: 0-1700 rpm (digital display), speed accuracy ±1/minute.

Time control: 0-9999 minutes, with timing function.

Safety control: the whole machine with power failure start-stop protection function, leakage protection function, over-temperature alarm function, overpressure relief function.

Applicable power supply: single-phase 220V ± 10%, 50Hz; can be customised 110V.

4. Configuration standard:

Top-view photocatalytic reactor: one needle valve for sampling and one inlet/outlet ball valve, one constant-pressure control valve, one pressure gauge (the maximum display value of 16Mpa adopts anti-vibration design, and the minimum display value of 0.2Mpa is 0.2Mpa, and the stainless-steel movement of TKA brand is used to select the anti-pressure and anti-vibration gauge). The safety relief valve adopts TKA intelligent monitoring safety relief, a PT1000 temperature sensor,One set of quick cooling bracket.
