1.      Introduction

Alumina Bubble Refractories contain more than 90% Al₂O₃ and is a kind of lightweight refractory material, which is mainly composed of corundum, pure Al₂O₃, appropriate amount of clay and bonding agent materials, Gas blowing agents will be used in the preparation stage.

Alumina Bubble Bricks adopt alumina sphere bubble ball as the main raw materials, high-performance ultrafine powder as the annexing agent and organic substance as the binding agent through molding and drying, and then are fired in the high temperature 1900℃ of shuttle kiln.
