The LVT floor production line equipment is automatically fed into a high-speed mixing machine, high-speed hot mixing, and cold mixing. The machine has the advantages of uniform plasticization, stable extrusion volume, high yield, and long service life. The main machine material cylinder is heated by a cast aluminum heater, cooled by wind, and controlled by a precision computer screen. The precise shaping and calendering device ensures excellent shaping of the sheet metal through its excellent adjustment function. The cutting part adopts a fixed length cutting device to ensure the correct length of the board.

5. Anti blocking mold system:

(1) In operation, if the host machine is fast, the traction machine will also follow the speed of the extruder, and the product will not be blocked or pulled off due to the inconsistency between the speed of the extruder and the traction speed; The extrusion speed is fast, and the traction is slow. If the product gets stuck in the mold and extruder, it will break

(2) Fiber optic system: When the extrusion width of the product exceeds the set value, the traction actively accelerates; When the width of the product is lower than the set value, the traction speed actively slows down. The acceleration and deceleration values (amplitude) can be set.

(3) PLC and touch screen (computer) are equipped with automatic tracking software. When the host current is high, the traction automatically accelerates, without the need for manual control, and automatically solves the problem of speed. Similar to automatic cruising of cars, the labor force of workers is reduced, and unmanned driving can be achieved

6. Robot code stacking: PLC program controls the stacking of stations A and B, and the number of plate blocks at each station can be independently set. When a workstation is filled with boards, the program emits a sound and light signal to prompt the operator to move.
