Alkali Resistant High Alumina Castables

Introduction:

Alkali Resistant Castable (also called alkali resistant refractory castable), Alkali-resistant castables used in cement rotary kiln are mainly made of ceramic raw materials and mixed with various other raw materials. They have excellent corrosion resistance to CaO, the effect of producing protective layer is very good, high strength, good wear resistance, low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal insulation. In silicate materials for refractory aggregate and powder, with aluminate cement and additives formulated castable. It has good high temperature performance and alkali corrosion resistance and so on.

The product is alkaline refractory material with good alkali resistance, especially has better corrosion resistance to CaO. The main components of the product are SiO₂ and Al₂O₃. It is a qualified product. It is commonly used in cement kiln and lime kiln.

Features 

High strength Alkali resistant castable is mainly used at places where not only has severe alkali metal oxides corrosion and their vapor corrosion, but also ha large load. The application fields are cement rotary kiln end, cyclone outside kiln decomposition separator inner lining, roasting alumina rotary kiln end inner lining. High strength alkali Resistant castable is also used in steel industry, nonferrous metals industry, glass industry, paper industry and so on, for example, industrial furnaces where alkaline vapor corrosion exist, and the working lining of flues and chimneys.

Alkali resistant castable has good resistance to alkaline gases, slag, and it has long service life.
