Principle

Hot air enters into stirring and crushing and drying chamber from the bottom of dryer with suitable atomizing speed. It exerts strong, shearing, blowing. floating and rotating effect to raw material. Therefore raw material is granulated through centrifugating, shearing, impacting and friction effect. It strengthens the process of heat exchange. At the bottom of dryer, the large and damp granule is crushed under the action of stirrer and the granule that is small in partical and contain less moisture will lift accompainied with revolving air stream. During the period of lift, it is dried further. Because gas and soild two phases flow in heat exchange, so the machine as strong drying capacity.

Because gas speed at circle inside the drying chamber is high, the staying time of raw material is short, it prevents the materials stay on the wall of the dyer chamber and the material turn deteriorate effectively, reach high-efficient, fast, little equipment, great production.

Inorganic: boric acid, calcium carbonate, hydroxide, copper sulphate, iron oxide, carbonic acid barium, antimony trioxide, various kinds of metal caustics, various kinds of heavy metal salt, formating the ice crystal, etc.

Organic: Atrazine (agriculture chemical insecticide), cadmium laurate, benzoic acid, monosultap sodium oxalate, cellulose acetate Pottery: Kaolin, oxidizing silicon, clay.

The dyestuffs: Anthracene quinone, black iron oxide rust, indigo pigment, butyric acid, hydrogen oxidize the titanium, zinc sulfide, various kinds of azo dyes intermedia .

Food: Soy protein, gelatinized starch, distiller's grains, wheat candy, wheat starch .
