Product characteristic description:
The silica dispersing agent FNS-60K are mainly composed of a mixture of selected fatty acid derivatives, organic esters and special functional auxiliaries, which can improve the dispersion and surface properties of inorganic fillers such as silica and carbon black.FNS-60k can reduce the Mooney viscosity of rubber, shorten mixing time, reduce energy consumption, and contribute to further processing of rubber.It can reduce the tendency of rubber roll off, increase the extrusion rate without increasing the extrusion expansion rate, improve the calendering performance, reduce the extrusion temperature during the processing of rubber, and have little impact on the physical properties of rubber.
Application fields:
It can be used in NR，SBR，CSM，EAM，EPDM，NBR as dispersant of silica and other inorganic fillers.
Method of application:
1. At the initial stage of mixing, it is added together with the filler.
2. Recommended dosage: 2-5phr
3. It has no effect on peroxide and can be used for injection molding.
