Product characteristic description:
Liquid isolating agent is a kind of liquid film isolating agent, which can avoid the adhesion of unvulcanized film and semi-finished parts, and prevent non pressure vulcanized products from promoting vulcanization together. The isolating agent can make up for the flying dust of some powdery isolating agents (such as talc powder) and prevent the water pollution of steam vulcanization. In the continuous production process, the soaked film is easier to roll than the film soaked in soap solution, and the vulcanization time is shorter. The isolating agent is composed of an active agent and a film-forming polymer, so as to ensure that the isolating agent can form a film continuously even in the mass production of low-temperature flow. A small amount of mixed rubber will not cause any processing problems and will not affect the physical and aging properties of vulcanized products
Mixing and use of water
The ratio of isolating agent to water is 1:2.5-1:10.
It is recommended to mix before use or dilute the in the container with water to achieve uniform dispersion. When diluting with water, add water gradually until the required amount of water is reached.
The spacer is usually used in the cooling tank through which unvulcanized rubber passes after extrusion. Before the rubber is stored, the spacer must have enough time to fully dry on the film surface.
