Product Description
Application：
l S-80 series made with high purity sulfur mixed with polymer and dispersant.because of its good dispersion, S-80 mixed with rubber quickly.General sulfur is easy to dissolve, hard to disperse, too easy to cause partial sulfur too much, and S - 80 can avoid this situation. Especially in soft products,S-80 can easily achieve uniform distribution, such as NBR formula, the difference between S-80 and general sulfur is obvious.
l S-80 with the tendency of high dispersion, easy to join, shorten the mixing time, reduces the coke burning.
l S-80 is non-toxic, non-polluting, do not float in the sky, and easily dispersed. Suitable for automatic weighing, to ensure that the weighing precision.
Application area：
l Generally applied in tire and rubber products, such as conveyor belt, rubber hose, shoes, etc.

l 0.5-5 part
