Characteristics and use

Reduce the surface tension and add it to the coating to reduce the defects such as pits and oil spots on the coating surface caused by the substrate grease and release agent pollution.

It has a good effect on the flow, leveling and smoothness of the coating film.

In anti-floating color. Flowering and defoaming have special performance.

It is also a good release agent, antifoam agent, lubricant and brightener in other industries.

Addition amount and use method

Defoaming: 0.1-0.2% of the total amount.

Resistance to pits, oil spots, or promote leveling, 0.1-0.2% of the total amount.

Anti-floating color blossoming, for total quantity: 0.002-0.005%.

Due to the small amount of addition, please dilute it for 10-100 times first.

Add 410 coating film. If you want to apply it, you need to add this product inside the coating to maintain adhesion and leveling.

When added to the transparent paint, there will be slight turbidity. Some parts will become transparent after the film is dry. Please test before use.
