1. Product Introduction

1.1 Grade

- W800-1011P（primer）

- W800-1011M（mid）

- W800-1011T（top）1.2 Properties

- High hardness, excellent scratch resistance and long-lasting non-stick performance and service life;

- Granite effect appearance;

- Environmental friendly water-based coating, free from PFOA;

- Excellent chemical resistance and abrasion resistance;

-In accordance with rules of FDA、LFGB、RoHS.

1.3 Application

This series coating could be used on inside of aluminum fry pan, wok, soup pot, rice 

cooker, electric high pressure saucepan, electric saucepan, baker, etc. As for specific use, please do complete applicability test.

3. Mark, Packing, Storage & Transportation

3.1 Mark

The packing bags (boxes) of this product should be clearly marked with firm company name, product name, batch number, brand number (specification number), net content, etc.

3.2 Package

- Normal package is 20L or 30L plastic barrel for pimer and top coating; For mid coat,it's two component package with 1L and 5L plastic barrel separately.

- Samples are packed with 0.5L or 1.0L plastic bottle.

3.3 Storage

3.3.1 The coating should be stored at the temperature of 10℃-30℃,primer and top coat with shelf life for 6 months, mid coat with shelf life for 1 month. freezing is prohibited in winter.Transportation or storage at the temperature above 40℃ is forbidden;

3.3.2 Roll the pimer and top coating once a week at speed of 30rpm for 15min-30min；

3.3.3 For mid coat,shaking by hand lightly for 3-5 min is enough,violently shaking is not recommended；

3.3.4 The storage place should be well-ventilated and dry. Keep it away from direct sun exposure,ignition and heat source.

3.4Transportation

This product is transported according to non-dangerous goods. Moisture and severe vibration should be avoided during transportation.
