1、 Product Overview

The DC resistance of the transformer is a required test item for the factory test, installation, handover test of semi-finished products and finished products in transformer manufacturing, as well as the preventive test of the electric power department. It can effectively find the manufacturing defects such as material selection, welding, loose connection parts, missing strands, broken wires and hidden dangers after operation. In order to meet the need of rapid measurement of transformer DC resistance, our company has developed a three channel DC resistance tester for YN connected windings. The DC resistance instrument realizes the functions of three-phase simultaneous power on, independent current sampling, voltage sampling, measuring and displaying three-phase resistance value and three-phase imbalance rate at the same time, which greatly shortens the test time of transformer DC resistance and solves the problem of long test time of DC resistance of each tap winding of power transformer, which is only 1/3 of the time of traditional methods.
