1、 Instrument introduction

DYZK-VI vacuum tester is the equipment used to identify the vacuum degree of vacuum interrupter. Xi'an High Voltage Electrical Apparatus Research Institute has inspected and issued a certificate of conformity. It is one of the few brands that can truly detect the vacuum content in China at present. It uses a single chip computer as the main control unit, and the testing process is fully automated. In principle, the instrument has changed the method that similar products at home and abroad use the peak current for calibration, while the ionic charge is used for calibration. In this way, the accuracy of the physical principle is higher, and the interference of the pulse power supply in the test process is effectively suppressed, making the test stable and reliable. The instrument adopts the method of secondary sampling to deduct the leakage current caused by environmental factors, and in the measurement process, it takes into account the discrimination of the vacuum interrupter with complete air leakage, which truly achieves the accurate measurement of the vacuum interrupter installed on the whole machine. At present, there are 35 measuring standard curves of vacuum interrupters in the instrument, covering the vast majority of tube types at home and abroad. 2、 Performance characteristics:

1. Sampling Technology Based on Ionized Charge

The vacuum tester adopts the sampling technology based on ionized charge. Our company's experts found in the research of magnetic controlled discharge that when the external excitation power supply, the geometric size of the vacuum interrupter and the materials used are certain, the vacuum degree in the vacuum interrupter has a very accurate corresponding relationship with the amount of ionized charge, while there is only a probability related indirect relationship with the peak value of ionized current. Therefore, our company pioneered the sampling technology based on ionized charge, which significantly improved the accuracy of vacuum measurement of vacuum interrupters.

2. High and low pressure pipe type test

In addition, the machine applies two gears to the test voltage output (high voltage 30000 and low voltage 2.5), so it can effectively test various types of tubes with different high and low voltage.

3. Built in measuring curve of almost all vacuum interrupters at home and abroad

Due to the different geometric dimensions and materials of vacuum interrupters, when the internal vacuum degree and the external excitation power supply are fixed, the discharge charge amount is different and quite different. For accurate measurement, each vacuum interrupter must have a corresponding calculated curve from ionization charge to vacuum degree. Through close cooperation with major vacuum interrupter manufacturers in China, our experts have obtained data on the relationship between ionization charge and vacuum degree of almost all vacuum interrupters at home and abroad, and sent their characteristic parameters into this series of products through mathematical processing. Therefore, the measuring curves of almost all vacuum interrupters at home and abroad are built into this series of products. This is unique among similar products at home and abroad.

4. Treatment of leakage current

When the moving contact of the vacuum interrupter in the breaking state is added with the negative ion current at the high-voltage static contact end, there will be several microamps of leakage current with different values at the static contact end. Even if the leakage current is the same type of vacuum interrupter, there will be large individual differences. Especially for the vacuum interrupter installed on the whole machine, since the surrounding insulation supports also have electric leakage, the sum of these electric leakage has greater instability and unpredictability. The ionization current of the vacuum interrupter is equivalent to that of 10E-4Pa in numerical value. We adopt the method of secondary starting high voltage and deduct the leakage current to ensure the vacuum metering accuracy of the vacuum interrupter installed on the whole machine or to be installed.

5. Judge the vacuum interrupter with complete air leakage

In this type of machine, whether the vacuum interrupter leaks completely is judged by high-voltage breakdown.

6. Perfect input protection circuit

When the vacuum degree of the vacuum interrupter is very low, the vacuum interrupter will be broken down by high voltage during measurement, and the instantaneous high voltage will be directly added to the negative ion current sampling circuit, making it withstand very strong electrical shock. A complete protection circuit is added to the sampling circuit. Even if the high voltage at the input end of the instrument is directly applied to the negative ion current sampling end for the first time, the microcomputer protection device will immediately start to control, so that it will enter the protection state and will not cause serious damage to the circuit.

7. Data record

The built-in micro printer can print the measured data at any time.
