1, Product introduction
    With the development of society, people have higher and higher requirements for the safety and reliability of electricity. High voltage circuit breakers shoulder the dual tasks of control and protection in the power system, and their performance is directly related to the safe operation of the power system. Mechanical characteristic parameter is one of the important parameters to judge the performance of circuit breaker. DYKC-6F circuit breaker parameter tester (high voltage switch mechanical characteristic tester) is based on the advanced High Voltage AC Circuit Breaker (GB1984-2003) as the design blueprint, the power industry standard of the People's Republic of China General Technical Conditions for High Voltage Testing Equipment (Part 3), and DL/T846.3-2004 as the design basis, which provides convenience for dynamic analysis of various circuit breakers, and can accurately measure the low oil, high oil Mechanical and dynamic characteristic parameters of vacuum, sulfur hexafluoride and other high-voltage circuit breakers. High voltage circuit breaker (HVCB) plays a dual role of control and protection in power system, and its performance is directly related to the safe operation of power system. Mechanical characteristic parameter is one of the important parameters to judge the performance of circuit breaker.

2, Instrument features:
(1) It is applicable to SF6 switch, GIS combination, vacuum switch, oil switch, vacuum contactor and special circuit breaker (train circuit breaker) produced at home and abroad. At the same time, 12 metal contact fractures, 6 main fractures and 6 auxiliary fractures can be measured. The circuit breaker acts once to obtain the time, bounce times, time, speed, coil current, coil resistance and other data and waveforms. It has the functions of energy storage, automatic and manual low tripping test, circuit breaker life test and (optional for locking power supply and dry contact control). Equipped with high-speed thermal printer, it is convenient to print test data on site.
(2) The 7-inch color highlight screen (with adjustable brightness) can also be seen clearly in the sun. Menu operation, quick test interface, one key operation, support Chinese and English input. The 12 channel fracture status is displayed in Chinese, and the time, travel, speed and waveform are displayed on the same screen without turning pages to view data. Analyze the average speed of the specified section and mark it on the stroke curve for easy viewing. The speed definition of 21 types of conventional circuit breakers is built in, just select the switch type and measure with one key.
(3) The integrated operation power supply in the machine is convenient and quick to use without on-site secondary power supply. DC20~270V adjustable power supply with current of 20A can be provided. It has the short-circuit protection function. In case of short circuit, the voltage and current output will be stopped for 1ms, and a drip alarm will sound to prompt the operator to check the line. Unique dual circuit power supply design. If one circuit of the closing or opening control circuit is damaged, the other circuit can also be used to test the closing and opening.
(4) It is equipped with linear sensor, rotary sensor and special fixed multi-functional connector, which is very convenient and simple to install. The length of the linear sensor is 30-1000mm, which can be set at will. Only the sensor is required, and the instrument does not need to return to the factory to change the program.
(5) The host can store 100 groups of current test data, and the real-time clock in the host is convenient for archiving.
(6) Equipped with U disk interface and R232 interface, data is saved to U disk, uploaded to computer for analysis, saving and printing, and R232 interface can be connected to computer for online operation (optional function).
(7) The internal anti-interference circuit can meet the requirements of reliable use in 500KV substation.
