Product Features and Uses
    The DYMK-10 circuit breaker simulation device is manufactured based on the principles of large-scale field programmable gate array, power electronic devices with protection, etc. The tripping coil is designed as an independent double circuit, which can simulate the action behavior of three-phase and split phase operation, single tripping coil or double tripping coil breakers of 6-500KV voltage level, and is applicable to power systems, industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research institutions, professional colleges and protection manufacturers, As the substitute equipment for the actual circuit breaker in the transmission test of the whole set of relay protection and automatic device with switch system, it is accurate, reliable and has unlimited action times, which can greatly improve the correctness and integrity of the test, minimize the action times of the actual circuit breaker, and improve the service life. The tripping and closing current is automatically cut off by the tripping and closing time control.
Manual tripping and closing When the circuit breaker simulator is operated through the "Manual closing" and "Manual tripping" buttons on the panel, there is no current in the tripping and closing coils of the circuit breaker simulator.
Circuit breaker failure When the circuit breaker failure button is pressed, the circuit breaker will not act. The tripping and closing current will be disconnected after a delay of 1s, and then the current state will be restored after 20s.

Output contact at circuit breaker position:
12 pairs of output contacts at the circuit breaker position are independent of each other. It is divided into two groups, corresponding to the tripping coil of the circuit breaker.
Hand closing and hand tripping contacts: 2 pairs
The manual closing and manual tripping buttons have a pair of normally open contacts for synchronous output respectively. When the manual closing and manual tripping buttons are pressed, the contact is connected. The manual closing contact is self maintained after action and reset by the manual tripping button. When the manual tripping button is released, the manual tripping contact returns with a delay of 60ms.
