DYDN-III multi-function electric energy meter field calibrator is a high-precision testing instrument developed by our company, which integrates electric parameter measurement, electric energy meter calibration and wiring judgment. The instrument is equipped with high precision and high linearity voltage transformer and current transformer, which makes the instrument have high measurement accuracy for various parameters. At the same time, it is equipped with clamp type current transformer, which makes the field wiring simple and can be directly connected without disconnecting the current loop.

The instrument uses large screen color LCD as the display, and the Chinese graphical operation interface is equipped with Chinese prompt information and multi parameter LCD display interface. The man-machine conversation interface is friendly. The vector diagram display and wiring judgment provide a reliable basis for checking the correctness of the circuit. The full touch conductive silicone keyboard is easy to operate and learn. The instrument is built with a large capacity data memory without loss of power loss, which can save the on-site calibration data, and can store up to 1000 groups of on-site calibration results. It can provide a background computer management software, which can upload the results to the computer to achieve microcomputer based management.

The instrument adopts the engineering plastic shell independently designed and manufactured by our company. The appearance of the instrument is beautiful and practical. The on-site test operation is convenient.

Functional features

1. The instrument is a high-precision testing instrument that integrates the calibration of electric energy meters, the testing of electrical parameters and the detection of power quality problems such as waveform distortion, voltage fluctuation and three-phase imbalance in the power grid.

2. Under the condition of no power failure, no change to the measuring circuit, and no opening of the measuring equipment, the comprehensive error of the measuring equipment is detected online under the actual load.

3. Accurately measure voltage, current, active power, reactive power, phase angle, power factor, frequency and other electrical parameters, so as to calculate the measurement error of the test equipment circuit.

4. The optional virtual load box can also accurately measure the meter when the user has no load or ultra-low load.

5. It can display the vector diagram of the measured voltage and current, and the user can analyze the vector diagram to determine whether the wiring of the metering equipment is correct. At the same time, 48 connection modes can be automatically judged in three-phase three wire connection mode; The function of automatic calculation of retroactive power is convenient for users to calculate retroactive power for users with wiring problems.
