Stainless Steel BSP Fittings

TS offers a comprehensive range of Stainless Steel 150 LBS Rated BSP Threaded Investment Cast Fittings.

The most commonly requested BSP fittings are from 1/8inch  – 4inch.  Dimensions are in accordance with the American standard ASME B16.3.

1-Piece Ball Valve, Reducing  Bore, 1000 WOG and 3-Piece Ball Valve, Full Bore, 1000 WOG, BSP threaded are also stocked in grade 316 stainless to complement our BSP 150LB fittings. These are stocked from ?” – 2”.

BSP stands for British Standards Pipe (thread). WOG stands for WATER, OIL, and GAS.

In addition to our stock of BSP, fittings are a complete range of Forged High-Pressure fittings 3000 LBS fittings in socket weld and NPT threaded from ?” – 2”. These fittings are manufactured according to ASME/ASTM SA/A182 with dimensions to ASME B16-11. The stock of unions, caps, plugs, tees, reducing tees, 90o & 45o Elbows, full couplings, half coupling, reducing couplings, concentric and eccentric swage nipples.

Stainless Steel Buttweld Fittings

TS offers a range of Stainless Steel Buttweld fittings in 90o and 45o Elbows, Concentric and Eccentric Reducers, End caps, Stainless Steel Equal and Reducing Tees, Stub Ends, and Weld On Collars.

TS carries the full range of Buttweld fittings in both grades 304L and 316L schedule 10s, the 40s, and 80s. Buttweld fittings are stocked in accordance with ASTM /ASME SA/A 403 WP –W (Welded), WP–S (Seamless), and WP- WX (Welded with X-ray).  All material is marked in accordance with the applicable standards and fully traceable to EN 10204 3.1 material certificates.

Weld Fittings are used on permanent installations where process piping and equipment can be cleaned in place (CIP) and removal from the system is not required. Weld Fittings are offered in nominal tube sizes 1/2" through 12" in T304 and T316L materials. Uniform wall thickness for 1/2" through 3" sizes measures .065 (16 ga). In 4" size, wall thickness measures .083 (14 ga), 6" and 8" .109 (12 ga).VNE offers Polished ID and OD Fittings for immediate shipment. Other polished combinations may be ordered.
