Cladded Tube

The stainless steel clad steel tube (also called a stainless/carbon steel complex tube) has a stainless steel cladding layer (not electroplating) outside the carbon steel tube to form a two-layer tube. The external stainless steel layer is for antirust and decoration purposes and the internal layer (carbon steel) is the main part for support. The SUS304 (or other classification) stainless steel and SPHC hot-rolled or SPCC cold-rolled carbon steel are used for the manufacture of stainless steel clad steel tubes.

The roundness of stainless steel clad tube can reach 0.1±0.05mm and that provides many useful applications in the precision industry like conveyor wheels, fitness & exercise equipment parts, linear actuator, and other precision equipment.

4) The range of pipe diameter is from 15.8mm to 159mm, and the wall thickness of the pipe is 0.6mm to 6.0mm.
