18Ni300 steel is a kind of Fe Ni alloy with ultra-low carbon content. 18Ni300 steel takes carbon free or micro carbon martensite as the matrix, and forms ultra-high strength steel strengthened by the second phase formed by alloy compounds precipitated from Mo, Co, Ti, Al and other alloy elements during aging. Compared with the traditional steel, 18Ni300 steel has excellent weldability, thermoplasticity and processability, and has both ultra-high strength and good toughness;

Features: 1. Easy to machine. Machinable, EDM, welding, light forging, polishing and coating. 2. Within the temperature range of 490 ℃, the hardness can reach 54HRC after aging hardening treatment for 6 hours. 3. Good heat dissipation performance.
