The powder is one of the most widely used self fluxing alloy powders. It has excellent comprehensive performance, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, heat resistance, low stress abrasive wear resistance and good impact toughness. With low melting point, wide temperature range of solid and liquid phase, it has strong wetting ability for various matrices and WC particles, and is easy to operate. The self fusibility, wettability and spray welding are excellent. The spray welding layer is characterized by high hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and heat resistance. It is difficult to cut, so wet grinding is preferred.
