High quality water treatment media inclined pipe 25mm 35mm 50mm 80mm aperture lamella clarifier PP PVC tube settler
Tube settler / lamella clarifier / Inclined pipe is a kind of settling tank filler designed and developed on the basis of "shallow sedimentation" theory. The packing has large wet circumference, small hydraulic radius, good laminar flow state during operation, and the particle settlement is not disturbed by turbulence, which can accelerate the separation of particles from water and shorten the sedimentation distance of particles.
Tube settlers use multiple tubular channels sloped at an angle of 60° and adjacent to each other, which combine to form an increased effective settling area.
Tube Settler can be made from PP and PVC Material.
PP material tube settler is food grade, it can be blue and white color.
PVC material tube settler can be blue and black color.
Both PP and PVC material can be added with UV protection.
Tube Settlers with different sizes: 25mm, 35mm, 50mm, 80mm.
