Random tower packing plastic PP RPP PE PVC CPVC PVDF water treatment media bio packing ring
Bio Packing Ring is made of materials like carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum alloy, ceramic, PP, PE, RPP, PVC, CPVC, PVDF, etc.
It is with features such as thin wall, heat resistant, high free volume, high capacity, low resistance, high separation efficiency and so on. It is especially suitable for rectification towers under vacuum to treat thermosensitive, decomposable, polymerizable or cokable systems, so it is widely used in packing towers in petrochemical industry, chemical fertilizer industry and environmental protection, etc.
The structure of Bio Packing Ring improves the distribution of gas-liquid. Compared with Raschig Ring, with half of pressure drop, its efficiency can be improved by 50%.
Bio Packing Ring is an advanced improvement of rasching ring, the walls of the bio packing ring is open, height and diameter are the same and it has 4 diametrical ribs towards the inside of each "floor".
