Asiazyme PEX is pectinase product produced by modern submerged fermentation technology. It can be widely used in the manufacture of fruit juice, vegetable juice and wine. It also can be used in the process of feed and etc.
Working Mechanism
Asiazyme PEX is one kind of compound bio-catalyst, with multiple ingredients.It can break the cell wall of fruit and reduce viscosity of juice, speed up the ultra-filtration process and decrease the processing time

Application Guide
In the process of fruit and vegetable juice, the recommended dosage is 0.05-0.3kg/t fruit and vegetable slurry (based on 30 000U/g), pH 3.4-4.0 at 45-55℃ for 1-5 hours;
In the process of wine, the recommended dosage is 0.05-0.2kg/t fruit slurry (based on 30 000U/g). It can directly add in the fruit slurry or after dilution;
