3240 Epoxy phenolic glass cloth laminted Sheet

1.Define and purpose

This product is a kind of laminated board formed through heat pressing after the electric industry fiolax cloth dips into epoxy resin. It is suitable as the mechanical, electric and electronic insulation structural components which are used under room and middle temperatures with a certain mechanical performance and electric performance requirement.

2.Technical requirement

.The board material should be flat and smooth, no bubble, no wrinkle, no crackle, free from other defect, such as scrape, compress, dirt spot and uneven of color, allow a few of color spots.

Note:
.1. For the vertical layer direction electric strength at 90°c ±2°c oil, you can select either in 20s pressure rising-up gradually test requirement or in 1mm withstand pressure test requirement. For the material meeting with requirement of either one, its vertical layer direction electric strength at 90°c ±2°c oil is deemed to meet with this standard requirement.
.2. If the arithmetical mean of measured thickness of specimen is between two thickness values in table, its indicated value should be calculated out by interpolation. If arithmetical mean of measured thickness is less than 0.4mm, its electric strength index value≥ 16.9MV/m is taken out. If its nominal thickness is 3mm and the arithmetical mean of measured thickness is more than 3mm, its electric strength Index value≥ 10.2MV/m is taken out.
