JY-A10 USB Flat Panel Crack Width Monitor

JY-A10 is a USB flat-panel crack width monitor developed by Dalian Taijia Technology Co., Ltd. It can conveniently carry out real-time automatic detection of crack width on the surface of different materials and structures, and real-time observation of crack cracking process and long-time real-time automatic monitoring, so as to realize real-time unattended monitoring and automatic preservation of crack changes.

In addition to automatic interpretation, JY-A10 can also interpret the crack width artificially. After field testing and saving the image data of cracks, the cursor can be moved artificially to define the crack
boundary at the viewing interface. The scale is displayed on the screen, showing the crack width value. The crack image and scale can be enlarged and reduced appropriately

Detection Function

The first time we enter the detection function interface, we need to create a new component and click the button "New Component".

After clicking the button of New Component, a new dialog box will pop up, in which user information can be input. Finally, remember to click the button of Storage Configuration.

Because the first use of the device requires calibration before testing, so here we will remind us that we have not calibrated data, need to return to the main interface and click on - > for data

Click the < System Settings > button

Click < Camera Calibration >button When the 3mm calibration line runs through the screen vertically, click the < calibration >button, and the 3mm calibration line changes from black to green, indicating that the calibration is successful, then click the < save > button.

After the calibration is successful, we can return to the main interface and click the button < Detection Function > - > to enter
the detection interface. At this time, we can see that the device will refresh the detection width every other second, so the detection result is changed.

We can click the button < Lock Measuring > to stop calculating the lock-in test result.

If you want to save the measurement results, click the < save>

If you don't want to save the measurements, click button, and you'll start calculating the measurements again. If you feel that the automatic measurement can not be satisfied, you can also manually adjust the measurement line segment.

Make sure to click the < manual measurement > button in the automatic measurement state of the equipment (if it can not be
manually measured in the locked state) In manual measurement, two yellow markings appear when the hand touches the screen:
stretching and adjusting the position of the line segment.

After saving the measurement results, we can click the button in the detection function interface to view the pictures

Charging Maintenance and Maintenance

1. When the instrument is used up, it should be put into the package or instrument box in time to prevent dust from entering the instrument.

2. The instrument should be maintained regularly. After a period of use, it should be wiped and purified, but the assembly relationship between the parts and components of the instrument and the whole machine should not be changed.
