Trommel screen machine is a special screening equipment developed by our company for power plants, coking plants, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, mining and other industries. It overcomes the problem of screen plugging caused by various vibrating screens when screening wet materials. It improves the output and reliability of the screening system. Trommel screen machine is suitable for screening materials of various properties, as well as moist and easy-clogging materials such as coal, coal gangue, coke raw lime, etc. The maximum product under the sieve is 100mm, the middle is 10-50mm, and the finest is up to 3mm.

Due to the turning and rolling of the material in the screen drum, the material stuck in the screen hole can be ejected to prevent the screen hole from being clogged. GTS series shaftless trommel screen machine mainly consists of motor, gearbox, screen drum, frame, sealing cover, inlet and outlet. The screen drum is mounted obliquely on the frame. The motor is coupled to the drum unit via a coupling through a reducer to drive the screen drum unit to rotate about its axis. After the material enters the screen drum, due to the tilting and rotation of drum screen, the material on the screen surface is turned over and rolled, so that the qualified material (the product under the sieve) is discharged through the screen, and the unqualified material (the product on the sieve) ) is discharged through the end of the screen drum.

Question 4: After order equipment how do we slove the equipment installing?

Answer: For a small single equipment, we offer you user manual, customer will install and commissioning as operating introduction; For a complete production line, we will send our engineer to your workplace to help you install and commissioning untill machines work normally. Sinolion has several experienced technicians with passports ready to go for installation, when installation service is needed, the client should pay for technicians’ round way air tickets, salary(shall be confirmed before leaving), food and lodging, most importantly to guarantee the technicians’ safety.
