Application: The Brinell, Vickers, and Rockwell hardness of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, and non-metals were measured. Wide range of applications, can be widely used for determination: a. Brinell hardness of castings, annealed steels, normalized steels, non-ferrous metals and soft alloys; b. Rockwell hardness of heat-treated materials such as quenching and quenching and tempering; c. Vickers hardness of the nitrided layer, ceramic, sheet, metal foil, electroplated layer, and small parts. Product Features: 1.HBRVS-187.5 Brinell-Rockwell-Vickers Multi-Function digital hardness tester adopt 8 -inch touch screen and high-speed ARM processor, Visual display, friendly man-machine interaction, easy operation； 2.The machine body is integral casting by high quality cast iron,, with the automotive paint treatment process, the appearance is round and beautiful; 3.The measuring device adopt grating displacement sensor, the test results are displayed on the LCD screen, the test scale, test force, indenter type, holding time and the conversion unit can be displayed and set； 4.It has three kinds of test methods: Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers, and multi-level test force, which can meet various hardness test requirements； 5.The electronic closed-loop control exerts the test force, fully realizes the automatic operation of loading,holding and unloading of the test force; 6.HD measurement and observation - dual objective lens combination, combined with the built-in length encoder HD micrometer eyepiece, to achieve indentation diagonal one-key measurement, greatly reduce the manual interference and reading error； 7.The built-in test software can correct the hardness value of the machine； 8.Convenient control system can automatically convert the unit of full hardness scale; 9.Built-in printer, and can output data through USB and the RS232 port.
