MVR Evaporator for Sodium sulfate wastewater

Equipment: MVR type and forced circulation evaporator;

Working medium: sodium sulfate wastewater;

Treatment capacity: 5,000kg/hr;

Input concentration: 3.5%;

Output concentration: Oversaturation;

Installed power: 400kw.

Project Introduction:

The wastewater treated in this project, was high in COD and organic alcohols, thus the effect of organic substances on the MVR evaporator was taken into consideration in designing.

In consideration of the effect of organic substances on the MVR, a secondary steam washing tower was installed. The secondary steam passes through the washing tower before entering the mechanical vapor recompressor, to ensure the stable operation of the MVR.

And an automatic slurry discharging system was designed, for continuous operation of the complete system, which is well received by the user.
