Product Description

SETAKY® Exterior wall insulation adhesive mortar: is a high-performance professional single dry-mixed mortar, made of cement, fillers and other chemical additives preparation, suitable for exterior wall and exterior insulation system. Mainly used for bonding adhesives for insulation boards,also known as polymer insulation cohesive mortar.

Key properties:

-Excellent breathability, water resistance, anti-cracking,corrosion-resistance and durability.

-Have strong adhesion,adequate deformability(flexibility) and excellent impact resistance.

-Non-toxic,tasteless,green environmental protection product.

-Mixed with water can be used at the scene,easy operation, and high work efficiency.

Application range:

- For polystyrene board and rock wool, extruded panels, Insulation board in the wall, the bonding ofexterior wall and ceiling.

- Bonding polystyrene foam plate of decorative panel or artistic structure.

- Exterior insulation board (EPS), expanded perlite insulation board and other light weight thermalinsulation plate and the wall's cementation.

- The aerated concrete brick, lime-sand brick, pulverized coal light brick, gypsum block light brickmasonry or bonding, etc.

- Concrete and masonry walls, cement mortar for aerated concrete masonry walls, brick walls,cement pressure plates, concrete perforated brick base and EPS Board, XPS boards bonded.

Package & Storage:

A. Standard Packing: In 25kg paper bags inner with PE bags

B. Big Bag or other special packages as per clients’ request.

Store it in dry condition, and storage time should not exceed one year.
