Organic Silicone Defoamer Used in Concrete and Cement

Construction grade defoaming agent for cement mortar
Setaky® 806 mortar defoaming agent/mortar defoamer is a powder defoamer of non-ionic surfactants for cement and gypsum based dry-mixed mortar mix. It is with characters of easy dispersed, quickly anti-foamed, high stability, adaptability. Test in our labs shows it has better performance than Agitan P803, especially in bubble prohibition.

Powder defoamer is able to defoam microbubbles in producing building materials and the mortar can has excellent durability and shear stability and strength.

Dosage of construction grade anti-foaming agent for mortar use:
0.05%-0.1% of the dry powder, testing in advance before final application for better performance.

Store it in a cool, dry place below 30degree and protected against humidity and pressing, since the goods is thermoplastic, storage time should not exceed six months.
