Product description

Redispersible polymer powder produced by spray-drying special water-based emulsion, mostly based on vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE), and then obtained a free flowing organic polymer powder. It can re-disperse in water, and form a film after water evaporation by coalescence of individual polymer particles. The film acts as an organic binder, to glue together different substrates, reinforce mortar structure and provide excellent adhesion at cement or gypsum based dry mixed mortar substrate interface.

It is used in a variety of waterproof cement based dry mix mortars applications as follows:

- Tile grouts mortar 

- Plasters mortar 

- Anti-cracking mortar 

- Waterproof mortar 

- Sealing slurries

- Decorative render and plaster for wall

Properties 

Except excellent water repellence, it also provides the following benefits:

- Long-lasting efficiency

- Good workability

- Increase adhesion/flexural strength

Dosage & Handling:

It is added to other powdery components to get the mixed homogenous formulation. The dosage should be 0.3%-1% of the total dry mixture by weight. The final required dosage should be evaluated in suitable tests prior to the actual application.

Package:

A. Standard Packing: In 25kg paper bags inner with PE bags

B. Big Bag or other special packages as per clients’ request.

Storage:

Store it in a cool, dry place below 30°C and protected against humidity and pressing, since the goods is thermoplastic, storage time should not exceed six months.
