Product Description
1、 Overview
1. The star type ash discharge valve, also known as electric air lock, rotary tripper and rigid impeller feeder, is a kind of valve. The star type ash discharge valve unloads the materials in the bin and feeds them into the next device continuously and evenly depending on the gravity of the materials and the forced action of the working mechanism of the feeder. The advantages of star type ash discharge valve are: stable and reliable operation, uniform and accurate discharge, optimized structure, small volume, good sealing performance, convenient maintenance, light weight, energy saving, long service life, etc. It is also one of the indispensable equipment for conveying drying, dust, particles and solids.
2. The star type ash discharge valve is mainly composed of motor, reducer, shell, impeller, main shaft, bearing and left and right end caps. With high-quality steel plate welding structure, the blade has strong wear resistance, and integrates the transmission device, transmission shaft and blade. Since the bearing and reducer of the star type ash discharge valve are protruding outward, the phenomenon of dust squeezing into the bearing and large particle material jamming can be avoided. During operation, the reduction motor drives the impeller to rotate through the coupling shaft to evenly bring the materials from the upper part of the shell to the lower part, and the materials are sent away by the next device. Therefore, the star type ash discharge valve can only be installed vertically, and horizontal installation is not allowed. The upper part of the feeder must maintain a certain material column.
2、 Structural features
