This machine is suitable for domestic liquid products such as lubricating oil, edible oil and daily chemicals. Using PLC control, you can adjust the filling as a whole or fine-tune the single head only by modifying the parameters in the touch screen. The whole filling process is combined with machinery, electricity, light and gas. It integrates cover-up, cover-sorting, cover-checking, cover-closing, and effect detection, and covers in different ways of grasping cover/sucking cover positioning. Mechatronic protection device is adopted at every key part of the mechanical rotation of the main engine, so that the main engine will automatically stop and give an alarm when there is no bottle, no filling and bottle blockage. The frequency conversion of production speed is adjustable, which is beneficial to assembling production lines and can meet the production needs of customers.
