High-level automatic stacker is mainly composed of bag pressing machine, bag turning and posture adjusting device, grouping device, layered lifting device and bag tray conveyor. Its working principle is as follows: the slope conveyor sends the packaging machine to the delivered qualified packaging bags for transition buffering, and the bag pressing machine rolls them to make the bag shape flat, and then the bag turning device rotates the packaging bags by 90° Or 180° , so that the sewing openings of the packaging bags are all on the inside; Then, each layer of the packaging bag is layered horizontally, vertically, vertically, vertically, horizontally, and alternately by the assembling device. After eight layers are filled, the packaging bag is discharged from the stack by the bag tray conveyor, and then transported out of the stack by the forklift. The whole set of equipment is accurate, reliable and easy to maintain, which saves the labor cost and improves the automation level of enterprises.

Main differences between automatic high-position stacker and manipulator stacker

1, the application range is different

Robot stacker has a wide range of applications, such as packaging bags, packing boxes, etc. High-position stacker is mainly used in the packaging bag stacking production line.

2. Differences between installation and use

Relatively speaking, the installation of the manipulator is more flexible, and it can stack several kinds of finished packaging bags (packing boxes) at the same time, which can meet the needs of finished products transported by three conveying lines. The high-level stacker can only stack bags of one specification and one conveying line. As far as the stacking effect is concerned, the high-position stacker has great advantages, the speed can reach 1600 bags per hour, and the stacking shape is neat and beautiful, and the packaging bags are not easy to slide down. The single gripper of robotic stacker can generally reach 800 bags per hour, and the two-handed gripper can reach about 1000 bags. One weakness of the manipulator is that it is easy to scratch the packaging bag if its position and posture are not very accurate. Stacking is much worse than high-level stacker and manual stacker, but high-level stacker does not have this problem.

3. The equipment power is similar, but the service life and cost are different.

4. The high-level stacker is neat, which is incomparable to the robotic stacker.

5. The high-level stacker can be used for 100 years, but the general service life of the manipulator stacker is 5-8 years.

6. High-position stacker has a wide range of use, and can be used in any area. Robot stacker can't be used in plateau areas. All inland areas in northwest China basically use high-position stacker, so it is difficult to use robot.
