Automatic batching system

The batching system can be controlled by instrument and touch screen, and is fed by multiple silos. It is used for professional production of weighing and batching equipment for continuous transportation, metering and automatic batching of powdery and granular materials (such as raw refractory materials, food ingredients and chemical raw materials). The weighing and batching system consists of hopper weighing scale, feeding screw conveyor, discharging screw, computer control system, small material (micro) throwing device, etc. Weighing is that several raw material conveying screws convey raw materials to the weighing scale in a set order, and each raw material is conveyed in turn according to the weight set in the automatic control system. After the weight of material A reaches, the weighing instrument directly controls the start and stop of material A screw, and then starts the conveying screw of material B. After the weight of material B reaches, the material B screw is closed and the material C screw is started, thus conveying in turn, thus ensuring the accuracy of measurement to a great extent. After the raw materials are weighed, all the raw materials are transported to the downstream equipment (buffer storage bin or direct pipeline connection) by the weighed discharge screw. At the same time, the vacuum conveyor or valve is started to send the raw materials to the warehouse to be mixed located above the main machine. At this point, the weight balancing of raw materials is completed.

3. Working principle:

Through the instrument or touch screen on the PLC control system, the required weights of various materials are set, and then automatically delivered to the batching scale by the metering screw in order for automatic weighing and flow control, thus realizing accurate metering and batching.
