1. Automatic sorting of empty packaging bags: the whole process can be successfully completed in the next process only after the bag opening equipment is used to process the bag opening. The packaging bag must be coated on at least one side, and adsorption cannot be completed without coating.

2. Transfer (suction) process: the empty packaging bag is sucked up by the vacuum chuck, moved forward to the preset position, and waited for the next process to be completed.

3. Bag opening process: the vacuum sucker presses the packaging bag from the upper and lower sides at the same time, and then moves from the upper and lower directions to suck the bag mouth open.

4. Bag loading process: Bag loading is mainly accomplished by a manipulator, which mainly includes a bag taking mechanism, and the telescopic mechanism is a single-cylinder double-arm cylinder, a single-cylinder single-arm cylinder or a connecting rod mechanism.

5. Filling of materials: After the empty packaging bag is put into the discharge port, the automatic detection device will detect whether the packaging bag is in place, and after confirming that the packaging bag is completely in place, it will be fed. Digital control can realize automatic correction of material out-of-tolerance, automatic tracking of zero point, detection and suppression of overshoot, and alarm of over-and-under quantity. Weighing qualified materials and putting them into packaging bags can complete the filling of materials.

6. Transfer, folding and sealing of the packaging bag: the filled packaging bag moves forward through the conveyor, and the bag-finishing mechanism sorts out the mouth of the packaging bag, and then introduces it into the folding machine for folding and sealing, thus completing the full-automatic packaging of materials.

7. Packed bags are sorted by the stacker, such as bag inversion, bag introduction and transportation, bag posture adjustment, bag grouping, stacking and grouping, and lifting mechanism. Finally, the sorted bags are transported to the warehouse by forklift.
