Discussion on the efficiency of wns3-1.25 condensing steam boiler, used in gas-fired steam boiler of food factory

WNS gas-fired steam boiler adopts horizontal standard three return structure, and the combustion mode adopts micro positive pressure combustion. The boiler body is composed of a drum, a furnace liner (corrugated furnace liner) and two smoke return pipes. The steam drum is equipped with steam water separation device and water supply device, and the lower part is equipped with regular blowdown device. After the fuel is mixed with air in the burner, it is ignited by the electronic igniter and injected into the furnace for combustion. High temperature flue gas enters the two-stage convection tube bundle from the furnace lining, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney from the rear smoke box.
