The system software not only realizes the general monitoring requirements of the fuel gas boiler, such as manual / automatic control, working condition monitoring, real-time trend, etc., but also adds the results of the careful analysis and research of Fenglan company on the boiler accidents in recent years. It has rich functions such as fault detection, fault alarm, fault handling, etc., and improves the safety rate of boiler operation. The standard RS-485 communication interface is reserved to connect with the computer to realize remote monitoring or DCS connection.

Function introduction:

The system has strong artificial intelligence, which is displayed in the form of full Chinese menu and interacts with boiler users in the form of man-machine dialogue, bringing convenience to operators; The control system has the functions of hardware manual control, software automatic control, fault information processing, display and query.

Manual control

Under the hardware manual state, each load equipment can be operated directly. In case of general fault, the display screen will give corresponding indication. In case of serious fault such as water shortage in the boiler, the display screen will display the fault position, and automatically cut off the power supply of the burner. The audible alarm will prompt the operator to ensure the safe operation of the system.

Note: this mode is mainly used for commissioning and emergency startup when the control cabinet cannot be automatically started.

Auto-Control

The operating temperature and pressure parameters of the system are set through the LCD keys. When the combustion conditions are met, the system automatically operates according to the set temperature values in different periods. At the same time, the LCD screen of the workstation displays the return water temperature, pressure and other system conditions in real time. In case of fault, the system will handle and prompt accordingly according to the fault condition.
