TAL22010 is a power supply lightning protection device; in addition to the surge protection widely used in street lamps, landscape lamps and other commercial lighting power supplies, (ClassI, ClassII).
It can also be used for surge protection of power ports in security, electrical appliances, automatic control, medical, precision machine tools, etc.

Its maximum thickness is 13.5 mm. This ultra-thin design can fit in the internal space of most lamps and is easy to install.

The weight of TAL22010 is 67 grams, which is very light, equivalent to the weight of two AA batteries.

1. UVT: is the abbreviation of Ultra low voltage triggering technology. It is designed to absorb the high and low voltage energy of the surge in advance. It can absorb the surge energy relatively completely, and the residual voltage is low, and the protection effect on the back-end equipment is obvious. It is especially suitable for power ports with low residual voltage requirements. This technology is patented by RUILON. The TAL22010 with UVT technology has a residual voltage of only 960V. Such a low residual voltage is extremely rare among lightning protection products of the same level.

According to the definition of ICE61643-11-Residual voltage: when the discharge current flows through the SPD, the peak voltage generated between its terminals. It is an important parameter that characterizes the protection capability of SPD. In other words, it is the highest voltage provided to the back-end equipment when the lightning arrester completes surge absorption. This voltage, the lower the better, the safer the protected equipment.
