Product Description of Tire sidewall cutter

This is a double-sided cutting machine for tires. The characterized is bead on both sides of the tire.And can be cut off at one time. It is mainly used for the processing of used tires, especially for the bead cutting of trolley tires (600-800mm), which greatly improves the efficiency of tire ring cutting.

Working principle Tire sidewall cutter

The machine has two cylinders. The main cylinder is responsible for fixing the tire on the runner, so that the tire is not be move during the cutting process, and the secondary cylinder is responsible for the cutters on both sides. First place the tire on the tire wheel and start the power supply. The main cylinder will move the tire wheel down to fix it on the tire runner. At the same time, the secondary cylinder controls the cutter to slowly cut into the tire. After the tire rotates for one week, the bead is also cut.
