Product Introduction

DingLi three-layer single-channel pasture rotary drum dryer (Patent No.: ZL200920089749.2), the equipment with large output, high efficiency and energy saving, small footprint, which is particularly suitable for high-moisture materials such as pasture grass drying with clean type hot blast stove. It can rapid drying moisture from 65-75% to 14-18% in one-time. Dry grass completely retained the nutrients of fresh pasture, bright color, smell fragrance, energy saving 30-50% than the ordinary dryer, can maximize energy conservation and drying costs. Suitable for drying elephant grass, alfalfa, wheat straw, barley straw, oat straw, rye straw, rice straw, sorghum stalks, corn stalks, potato vines, beanstalks, and 45-75% moisture of pasture straw. According to each material characteristics, production scale, quality requirements, application requirements, cost control, automatic level, on-site conditions, investment quota to optimized drying process technology and equipment configuration services.

Main Features

1. It can realize intelligent control, one-touch operation, automatic operating parameter control. The dryer stays at the best operating status all the time, thus guaranteeing that the dried material is of stable moisture and bright color.

2. It eliminates the sundries and iron automatically, ensuring that the dried sawdust will not enter into next process.

3. The self heat preservation heat efficiency of the cylinder reaches up to 70% (the heat efficiency of traditional single drum dryer is only 35%), which improves the heat efficiency by 30% at least.

4. It adopts four-wheel driving which is more stable and reliable.

5. Compared with single drum dryer, i t reduces floor space by 50%, decreases civil engineering investments by 50%, which is more energy-saving.

6. The inner structure of dryer uses multiple efficient lifting plates combined mode, thus controlling the drying process and heat distribution effectively. High heat use ratio, the discharged off-gas temperature is lower than 50℃.

7. It controls the material flow by frequency control. Users can adjust the required final moisture index easily based on requirement.

8. Modularized dust collecting-purifying heat recycle use allocation, safe and environmental.

9. It can be matched with a few new type hot blast stove. Efficient and energy-saving, controllable heat supply, simple operation. The energy consumption decline reaches up to 30 %, power consumption decreases by 20 %, the operating cost is lower.

Working Principle

Material Flow: the crushed materials of which the moisture is about 35%-55% are sent into the roller by conveyor to realize downstream drying. Under the effect of inner shoveling plate, materials are took and scattered constantly, and move in spiral forward method. Through three layers (inner, middle and outer layer), heat exchange are realized between material and hot air medium. The materials that achieve drying effect move forward fastly and are discharged out of the roller. Wet materials that still don’t achieve drying effect couldn’t move fastly due to self-weight, and are dried completely during the controlling route, thus achieving drying effect. Material moisture is decreased to 12%-15%. After the whole drying process is completed, materials are discharged by screw conveyor. Inside the roller is installed with vibrating cleaning device, which prevents materials from bonding to the cylinder wall.

Air Flow: through hot blast stove and air blower inflating, the air enters into the hot blast stove for combustion heating. Its temperature reaches up to 300-500℃, then it is inhaled by the dryer induced draft fan to dry material and evaporate water. When temperature decreases to 55-60℃, it is discharged out of the dryer. Wet air containing dust are discharged on standard through dust remover purifying.
