A: Introduction of the forest waste briquette press machine:

Briquettes are made by grinding Biomass and sawdust into a homogeneous pulp and forming this into a briquette under very high pressure. High pressure & pressing releases one of the natural components of wood - lignin which has the property of becoming liquid at high pressure (temperature) and, as it subsequently cools, it binds the wood together in its new form Briquettes. Our Briquetting Press is in screw type, it produces cylindrical briquettes with a hole through the centre of the cylinder. The briquettes produced by a screw press is easily handled and stacked, and they have some advantages over those produced using the ram and die press. While the briquettes produced by a piston press are completely solid, screw press briquettes on the other hand have a concentric hole which gives better combustion characteristics due to a larger specific area. The screw press briquettes are also homogeneous and do not disintegrate easily. Having a high combustion rate, these can substitute for coal in most applications and in boilers.

Our wood charcoal briquette machine have automatic temperature control system, it is designed to produce high density wood or charcoal briquette as biofuel.

If the capacity you need is 120-450kg/h, you can choose one single machine, about the single machine, we have six types.

If you need large capacity, one single machine can not meet your need, you can choose several sets of single machine, or use the automatic production line, the automatic production line have a large capacity ( from 800kg-2500kg/h),and it will save many workers and cost.

5. The feature of the final product : Specific gravity: 1300—1900kg/m Calorific value: 4500—5000kcal/kg

D: How to make the wood briquette:

1. Step one:collect sufficient sawdust. If you only got wood pieces or wood chips as raw materials, don’t worry, a crusher or hammer mill can help you turn these large pieces into powder.

2. Step two: Dry the powder materials with a dryer machine or dry them under the sun in the open air.

3. Step three: Feed the well-prepared materials into sawdust briquette machine.

4. Step four: Give it time to cool to the touch.

5. Step five: Store the finished sawdust briquettes in a dry location.

E: Features of the forest waste briquette press machine:

1. Long Life of forming tube The forming tube is to let the raw material to shape, and under the screw principle and heating ring working, the raw material shaped to the briquette in the forming tube, and its life is longer and when the raw material jamed inside, you just to take it down to repair it.
2. Heating ring The heating ring is to heat the forming tube to let the raw material heating and under the screw principle to let the raw material to shape in the forming tube.
3. Long Life of Screw propeller Our machine adopts a durable material (high hardness alloy steel) to make the propeller . We use a different process then what is normally used to make the screw shaft. The screw propeller  is manufactured with a milling machine which guarantees that the distance between every screw is the same, and the angle of every screw is the same.
