♣Structure of wood dryer  HJ6 wood dryer is widely used to dry the sawdust like size grain. It is made up of heat stove,tube, impulse jar, function tube, fan,sperator. Heat Stove : it’s made up of armor plate,firebricks,and stove chain. It’s used to supply the heat to the drier. Channel Tube : It’s the passway to transport the material to the rotary body and the impulse jar. Impulse jar and fuction tube : Used to mix the material with heat thoroughly to reduce the water. Fan is made up of fan wheel made of the 400 model armor plate,4kw fan. It’s used to supply power to transport material into seperator. Charing storage : The shape like V.It’s used to separate the dust and water with dry material.
♣Advantage of wood dryer  1.Large drying intensity. Because of the high speed airflow, drying machine can regard whole surface as active area. In this way, the drying area increases. At the same time, due to the dispersion and agitation, the surface of gasification updates constantly. Therefore, it has large drying intensity in the drying process.   2.Short drying time. The contact time between material and air is very short. High efficiency. Airflow drying machine adopts parallel flow of material and gas. From first, material temperature and air temperature all have reasonable condition. So it has higher temperature and high efficiency.   3.Airflow drying machine has wide application, large output, simple structure, less investment, etc.
♣Working principle of wood dryer  Wet material is input into the hopper. The dryer is equipped with two fuel boilers, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), air lock and cyclone. Wet materials are input into the hopper. The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are discharged from the outlet with air lock.
