And the size of the toothpick can be adjustable, the machines can produce 800000-1000000 pieces toothpick every 8 hours by only 4-5 labors.

There are totally 8 sets of toothpick machines for making wood toothpicks. Function for each single machine are introduced as below

1. Wood timber dividing machine: Put the standard dry square timber into this machine, to make them into flakes. 

2. Wood filament shaping machine: Put the wood flake into this machine, wood wool molding.

3. Wood filament set-size machine: Set uniform length of the stick.

4. Wood toothpick set-size machine: Cut the long stick into about 65mm into toothpicks with standard length.

5. Wood toothpick polishing machine: Polish the toothpicks.

6. Wood toothpick sorting machine: order the toothpicks to make it easy to put them into the sharpen machine.
