1.Paper cutter

This machine is to cut the newspapers into pieces for further processing.
One pencil need one paper size:18.3CM*54CM,one newpaper generally could make 3 pcs.
Put papers under the cutter blade, press the handle, paper will be cutted into your needed size.

2.Pencil rod making machine 

This machine used to roll the pieces of newspaper into pencil sticks.
With corresponding color, the machine will roll cutted paper into a stick with pencil lead.

3.Drying machine

This machine is to dry the pencil sticks.

4.Pencil cutting machine and the Pencil roughing machine

This machine is used to cut and polish the dry pencil sticks.
For the newpapers is rolled automatically, two end of the rod maybe be not so neat, also newspapers are old, not so smooth in the suface, by processing by this machine, you could get better quality pencils.
