Usage method:
1. Before use, oil stain, rust, old paint film and moisture on the surface of the coating must be removed to keep the surface clean and dry.
2. During the storage and transportation of atomic ash, the upper and lower layers will be uneven. Before use, clean steel ruler must be used to mix up and down evenly.
3. Mix the main agent and curing agent in strict accordance with the specified proportion (100:1.5-3), make sure the color is consistent, and finish the painting and scraping in about 1-3 minutes, otherwise it will be scrapped.
4. Apply the putty on the polished two-component primer or the surface of the cold-rolled plate. If a thick layer is needed, it is better to apply the putty several times to the required thickness.
5. After complete hardening, it can be ground dry. The best dry grinding time is 20min after scraping (temperature is 25 ℃,humidity is less than40%). When painting, make sure that the putty is completely dry, otherwise it is easy to cause falling off and foaming.
