Product description

1. Engine: imported Cummins engine, four stroke, water-cooled, turbocharged diesel engine, equipped with preheating device. It is suitable for use in high cold plateau area, and the exhaust emission level reaches similar standard level.

2. Brake system: the tractor is equipped with hydraulic front disc brake system, and air pipe brake system (i.e. braking system of dual-purpose tractor for public and railway) matched with the freight box to realize the functions of release, stage brake and emergency brake. The famous brand screw pump air charging system is adopted.

3. Safety self-locking device for highway and railway conversion: self-locking device for public rail conversion direction, one key lock for automatic positioning in the cab, to prevent falling accident caused by improper operation.

4. Traffic monitoring system: front and rear couplers and four guide wheels are equipped with monitoring cameras to monitor the working status of guide wheels and couplers in real time. The monitoring system has storage function.

5. One button emergency brake button: one button emergency brake button is installed on one side of the vehicle body to realize one button emergency shutdown of the engine.

6. Anti dropping system: hydraulic two-way self-locking ensures the stability of the guide wheel. Hydraulic adjustment device ensures the real-time coincidence of guide wheel and rail.

7. Track water removal system: it is used for cleaning the water and snow on the track to ensure the traction demand in rainy and snowy weather.

8. Based on the railway shunting system: "wireless plane shunting system", it is compatible and synchronous with the railway shunting signal system.

9. In rainy season or when the rail surface is wet: automatic water removal and dehumidification.

10. Driver: safety self rescue system in case of special force majeure.

11. Cab: Panoramic windshield and cab with wider vision. The structure of cab is reasonable, solid and firm, with strong resistance to impact and external force, dust separation, heat insulation, sound insulation and heat preservation. In case of collision accident, the damage to driver can be reduced and the front vision is good. All the glass is toughened safety glass with wipers to ensure driving safety.
