Scientz-18ND series heated bell jar freeze dryer} uses the company's unique calculation method of point heating temperature rise curve to realize the heating function on the experimental freeze dryer, with more stable temperature rise, no overshoot and more accurate temperature control. The compact instrument structure design can effectively save valuable laboratory space. On the premise of ensuring the utilization of laboratory space, the most compact instrument structure is designed to realize high-quality freeze-drying environment (conventional no-load - 56 ℃, optional - 80 ℃ compressor), which is especially suitable for small and medium-sized laboratories to explore the freeze-drying process in the experimental stage.

1. The machine adopts the international brand SIKO (original Danfoss) compressor for refrigeration, with rapid refrigeration and low cold trap temperature. 2. The 7-inch true color touch LCD control system is adopted, which is simple and convenient to operate and has powerful functions. 3. Industrial embedded operating system, ARM9 core control circuit design, 32m memory, 128M flash, fast operation response speed and large amount of stored data. 4. The control system automatically saves the freeze-drying data and can view it in the form of real-time curve and historical curve. The whole freeze-drying process is clear. 5. The drying chamber adopts colorless and transparent one-time injection molding polycarbon drying chamber, which is corrosion-resistant, non fragile, non adhesive, high transparency, strong tightness, clear and intuitive samples, and can observe the whole process of freeze-drying. 6. KF vacuum pump adopts simple and reliable connection with international standard. 7. The machine can store freeze-drying curves for many times, extract data to the computer with USB flash disk, and browse printing and various options in the computer with host computer software. 8. Equipped with inflation valve, which can be filled with dry inert gas. 9. The cold trap temperature can be set. When the temperature is lower than the set value, the vacuum pump can be started to protect the service life of the vacuum pump.
