The main difference between centrifugal type and two fluid nozzle type as below

 

 1. The difference in atomization method:

 

Centrifugal type material enters the high-speed rotating atomizing disk,and is atomized into tiny droplets under the action of centrifugal force;

two fluid nozzle type material is atomized into droplets under the pressure of high speed air.

 

2. Difference in material uniformity:

 

Centrifugal type machine particle size uniformity will be better after drying than two fluid nozzle type.
