Heat Pump Hemp Belt Dryer Structure Principle
The mesh belt dryer is to use hot air as drying medium, send hot air to the dryer to dry the material through the heat pump main engine; the processed material is transmitted by multilayer stainless steel mesh belt, and flipped through multi-layer cycle in the dryer, and the hot air passes through the mesh belt and material layer from bottom to top, and drying layer by layer, finally achieving the purpose of drying. According to the different moisture of the material, the air volume of the suction fan, the running speed of the mesh belt, the temperature in the dryer, the drying effect and the maximum efficiency can be adjusted by the electronic control system.
