GX-200 capping machine is a new generation of capping equipment designed and manufactured by our company for supporting tablet production lines and automatic capping procedures. It is different from the previous intermittent capping machine, and overcomes the shortcomings of the intermittent capping machine's slow capping speed, tight capping and small application range. The design of this machine adopts new technologies such as linear bottle feeding, automatic cap dropping, and uninterrupted cap screwing.
When using the semi-automatic GX machine, the operator only needs to put the bottle cap on the bottle mouth, and the bottle cap is automatically tightened by three sets of rotating wheels during the forward movement of the bottle.
A capping system can also be added, and the GX can be easily upgraded to a complete automatic capping machine. We have lifting and oscillating capping systems, which can be selected according to actual needs.

6. Optional bottle cap guide device, this equipment is also suitable for rubbing caps with pump head caps;
7. Torque limiter can be configured to effectively ensure the consistency of product torque;

9. The body shell is made of stainless steel 304, which meets GMP requirements;

The core working principle:

The cap sorting system arranges the cap and hangs it obliquely at 30°. When the bottle is separated by the bottle-separating mechanism, it passes through the capping area and puts the cap on the mouth of the bottle. The bottle flows through 3 pairs of rotations. The capping wheel, the capping wheel applies pressure on both sides of the cap, the cap is tightened, and the capping action of a bottle is completed.
Operation process: put the product (can be connected to the assembly line) -> product delivery (automatically realized by the equipment) -> product separation -> automatic cap sorting -> cap cover -> screw cap -> collect capped products.
